1 lb bulk mild Italian sausage
1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 bag (5 oz) baby spinach
6 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Bake crescent rolls as directed on cans. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
