1 large onion, chopped (3/4 cup)
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bag (20 oz) refrigerated home-style potato slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
12 eggs
3/4 cup milk

  • 1. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausage begins to brown; drain if necessary. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly softened.
