1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs
8 ounces Cheddar, diced 1/2-inch
8 ounces Swiss cheese, diced 1/2-inch
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup fire-roasted bell peppers
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Steps:
