- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the sausage and peppers, be sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent the sausage from browning properly and the peppers from getting soggy.
- Use a variety of peppers: Feel free to use a variety of peppers in your lasagna, such as bell peppers, poblano peppers, or even jalapeño peppers. This will add flavor and color to the dish.
- Don't skip the béchamel sauce: The béchamel sauce is an important part of lasagna. It adds creaminess and richness to the dish. Be sure to make it fresh for the best flavor.
- Don't overcook the lasagna: Lasagna is a dish that is best served slightly al dente. Overcooking it will make it mushy and less flavorful.
