1 avocado, sliced
pickled jalapeno slices (optional)

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Opt for fresh, flavorful ingredients to elevate the taste of your sausage fajitas. Look for well-seasoned sausage, crisp bell peppers and onions, and a zesty fajita seasoning blend.
  • Slice the meat and vegetables thinly: This will ensure even cooking and help the flavors meld together.
  • Cook the meat and vegetables in batches: Avoid overcrowding the pan as this can lead to steaming rather than searing. Cook the ingredients in batches to achieve a nice caramelization.
  • Don't skip the seasoning: The fajita seasoning blend is essential for adding depth of flavor to the dish. Use a store-bought blend or make your own using a combination of spices like cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Serve the fajitas hot: Fajitas are best enjoyed hot and fresh. Serve them immediately with warm tortillas, your favorite toppings, and a dollop of sour cream or guacamole.
