- 1. mix the bisquick mix as the directions on the box calls for.. preheat oven to 450 degrees. Take one half of the mixed bisquick and roll out to a thin sheet and place in a pie tin bringing the edges to the top of the pan. Cook sausage and drain grease. Put back in pan and add cream cheese and salt & pepper. When the cream cheese has melted and mixed nice with the sausage put in the pie shell. Take the other half of the bisquick ball and roll out to thin sheet and cover the top of the sausage and pinch edges of the bottom bisquick to the top.. place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes , until golden brown. Remove and cut.. Enjoy..
