1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups sliced peeled potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. , In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. 1 pound fresh bulk pork sausage with sage
10 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated
2 cups half-and-half
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
5 large eggs, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and spread in the bottom of a greased 9- by 13- by 2- inch casserole dish.
  • In a medium skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove the sausage with a slotted spoon to drain the fat. ¼ cup butter, melted
12 ounces mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup onion, shredded
1 (16 ounce) container small curd cottage cheese

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch square baking dish.
