Steps:
- Roll sausage into 100 very small balls using no more than 1 1/2 teaspoons meat per ball.
- Stir red wine vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and ground ginger together in a large saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook at a simmer until beginning to thicken, about 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry sausage balls in batches in the hot skillet until browned on all sides and no longer pink in the center, 3 to 5 minutes per batch. Remove cooked sausage balls with a slotted spoon to the saucepan and stir into the sauce to coat.

Tips:
- Use high-quality sausage. The flavor of your sausage balls will depend on the quality of the sausage you use. Choose a sausage that is made with fresh, ground pork and has a good flavor. If you can, try to find a sausage that is made with local ingredients.
- Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the sausage balls tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
- Chill the dough before baking. Chilling the dough will help the sausage balls hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much in the oven.
- Bake the sausage balls at a high temperature. Baking the sausage balls at a high temperature will help them brown and crisp on the outside while staying moist and tender on the inside.
- Serve the sausage balls hot. Sausage balls are best served hot out of the oven. They can be served with a variety of dipping sauces, such as ranch dressing, ketchup, or honey mustard.
Conclusion:
Sausage balls are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand. And they can be customized to your liking by adding different spices, herbs, or cheeses. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer, give sausage balls a try. You won't be disappointed.
