1 pound bulk pork sausage
6 large eggs
2 cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown and crumble sausage; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard. 2 ½ cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
6 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 pounds bulk spicy pork sausage
3 medium tart apples, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
12 cups cubed Italian bread
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
9 large eggs
3 cups 2% milk
3/4 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings, reserving 1 tablespoon. 1 tablespoon butter
4 green onions, chopped
½ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

⅓ cup butter, melted

6 slices wheat bread
1 lb mild sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
fresh fruit, for serving on the side

Steps:

  • Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Tear 6 slices of bread and place into the baking dish.
  • Add 1 pound of cooked sausage.

2 medium apples, peeled, chopped (about 2 cups)

1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
