4 sausages, skin removed and meat squeezed out
4 bacon rashers, diced
200g mushrooms, chopped
350g pasta shapes
50g parmesan, grated, plus extra shavings to serve
2 egg yolks
small bunch parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp half-fat crème fraîche

Steps:

  • Dry-fry the sausage meat in a non-stick pan for 8-10 mins until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, then remove and set aside. Fry bacon and mushrooms for 5-8 mins until golden, return the sausage meat and keep warm.
  • Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Make the sauce by beating together the Parmesan, egg yolks, most of the parsley and the crème fraîche. When the pasta is cooked, drain, reserving a ladle of the cooking water.

1 pound bulk Italian sausage
2 teaspoons butter
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

250g chunky chestnut mushroom , halved
500g pack cherry tomato

  • Cook pasta according to pack instructions. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, then fry the sausages and mushrooms for 5 mins until golden. 2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
2 cups penne pasta, cooked
2 cups CLASSICO Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mozzarella & Provolone Cheese Expertly Paired for Pasta, divided
1 Tbsp. Italian-seasoned panko bread crumbs
1 tsp. olive oil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Remove and discard casings from sausage if necessary; crumble into large skillet. Cook on medium heat until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Remove sausage from skillet with slotted spoon; set aside.

1 medium yellow onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz mushroom blend, sliced
½ cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 lb spaghetti, cooked
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup pasta cooking water, or chicken stock
5 oz fresh spinach

Steps:

  • Sauté the bacon in a large pot over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes, until crispy.
  • Add the sausage meat and red pepper flakes and sauté for about 10 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

2 1/2 lbs sweet Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 lbs mushrooms, thickly sliced
3 cups onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
6 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup dry white wine
5 cups crushed tomatoes in puree, canned
2 cups diced tomatoes (about 4 medium-large tomatoes)
2 tablespoons butter (1/4 stick)
1 1/4 lbs pappardelle pasta or 1 1/4 lbs mafaldine pasta
1 1/2 cups pecorino romano cheese, grated (about 4 1/2 ounces)

Steps:

  • Saute sausage in heavy large pot over medium-high heat until brown, about 12 minutes.
  • Using slotted spoon, transfer sausage to large bowl.
  • Add oil to drippings in pot.
