Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your sausage and cream cheese biscuit bites will taste. Look for high-quality sausage, cream cheese, and biscuits.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the biscuit bites tough. Mix the dough just until it comes together, then stop.
  • Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough will help the biscuit bites hold their shape better in the oven. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
  • Bake the biscuit bites until they are golden brown: The biscuit bites are done baking when they are golden brown on top. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of your biscuit bites.
  • Serve the biscuit bites warm: Sausage and cream cheese biscuit bites are best served warm. You can reheat them in the oven or microwave if you need to.
