1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling with more fruit
2 medium apples, peeled, chopped (about 2 cups)
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up with spoon, until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pie filling and apples. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish. Top with 1 cup of the cheese.

1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)

1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons firm butter or margarine, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
2 medium green onions, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
1 cup buttermilk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray or grease with shortening. In 12-inch skillet, cook sausage, apples and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Spoon into baking dish.

3/4 cup apple butter
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
6 large eggs
2-1/2 cups 2% milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Steps:

  • Cut biscuits crosswise in half. Spread apple butter over cut sides of biscuits. Replace tops. Cut each biscuit into quarters; arrange in a single layer in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
