Tips for Making Saucy Peach Chicken:

- Choose ripe, fresh peaches for the best flavor. - If you don't have fresh peaches, you can use frozen or canned peaches. Just be sure to thaw frozen peaches before using. - Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper before browning. This will help to develop flavor in the chicken. - Be careful not to overcrowd the chicken in the pan when browning. This will prevent the chicken from cooking evenly. - Cook the chicken until it is golden brown and cooked through. This will ensure that the chicken is juicy and flavorful. - Add the peaches to the pan and cook until they are heated through. You don't want the peaches to get too soft, so just cook them for a few minutes. - Stir in the honey, Dijon mustard, and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for a few minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. - Serve the chicken and peaches over rice or your favorite side dish. Enjoy! ###
