- Add garlic, onion, mushrooms, and red pepper- stir fry for another 4-5 minutes or until tender crisp.

- Bring to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile,in large pot add pasta to boiling water and cook until tender- about 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and place on large platter.
- Pour chicken mixture on top and serve family style.
Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the necessary ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
- Choose the right pasta: Penne is a great choice for this recipe, but you can also use other short pasta shapes like rotini, shells, or macaroni.
- Cook the pasta al dente: This means cooking the pasta until it is just tender but still has a slight bite to it. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and won't hold the sauce well.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When browning the chicken, make sure you do it in batches if necessary. Overcrowding the pan will prevent the chicken from browning evenly.
- Use a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what makes this dish so delicious, so make sure you use a sauce that you love. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
- Serve immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become mushy if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
Saucy Chicken over Penne is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is sure to please the whole family. With its tender chicken, flavorful sauce, and al dente pasta, this dish is a winner. So next time you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, give this recipe a try.
