I don't always have time to fix the home-cooked meals my family loves, so I've come to rely on my slow cooker a lot. I fix these tangy chops at least once a week-the meat's so tender you can cut it with a fork-and we all love it! -Jennifer Ruberg, Two Harbors, Minnesota

It's not the healthiest recipe, but it's worth the splurge once in awhile when you're craving something oh so yummy! This recipe is my twist on a fancy restaurant meal we got on Valentine's Day. The recipe has half the amount of garlic than was originally used. Hope everyone else enjoys it just as much as we do. Garnish with fresh parsley, chives, or thyme leaves.

Tips:
- To achieve a crispy and flavorful crust, ensure that the pork chops are evenly coated in the breading mixture before pan-frying.
- Use a heavy-bottomed skillet or griddle to maintain a consistent temperature while cooking the pork chops, preventing them from sticking or burning.
- Cook the pork chops over medium heat to allow them to cook thoroughly without overcooking or drying out the meat.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare or 160°F (71°C) for medium.
- Allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
