  • If necessary, add more liquid such as ketchup.
  • Place pork chops on top and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1& 1/2 hours.

Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Whenever possible, use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture. This is especially important for vegetables, herbs, and spices.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Pan: When cooking meat or vegetables, don't overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly and will result in steamed food instead of seared or roasted food.
  • Season Generously: Don't be afraid to season your food generously. Salt and pepper are essential, but you can also add other spices and herbs to taste.
  • Cook to Temperature: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that meat, poultry, and fish are cooked to the proper internal temperature. This will help you avoid undercooked or overcooked food.
  • Let Meat Rest: After cooking meat, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute, resulting in more tender and flavorful meat.
