Tips:

  • Choose high-quality chocolate: Using good-quality chocolate will result in better-tasting treats. Look for chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa solids (at least 70%) for a richer flavor.
  • Temper the chocolate: Tempering chocolate is a process of heating and cooling it to create a smooth, glossy finish and prevent it from seizing. While it's not necessary, tempering chocolate will give your treats a professional look.
  • Use a variety of toppings: Don't be afraid to get creative with your toppings. You can use anything from crushed candy canes to chopped nuts to sprinkles. The more festive, the better!
  • Package your treats nicely: Once you've made your treats, package them nicely to give them a polished look. You can use cellophane bags, treat boxes, or even small gift bags.
