4 pork chops (1 1/2 inches thick)
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
SALSA
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, deveined and chopped
1 can(s) 19-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together 1/2 teaspoons salt, black pepper, cumin and chili powder. Spread mixture evenly over all surfaces of the chops; cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
