Salpicao is a traditional Brazilian chicken salad made with shredded chicken, vegetables, and a tangy dressing. It's a versatile dish that can be served as an appetizer, main course, or side dish. This article provides three variations of the classic salpicao recipe: a traditional version, a light and refreshing version with Greek yogurt, and a creamy version with mayonnaise. All three recipes are easy to follow and can be made with common ingredients. The traditional version features shredded chicken, hard-boiled eggs, olives, corn, and peas, bound together with a mayonnaise-based dressing. The light and refreshing version uses Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise, making it a healthier option. The creamy version is made with mayonnaise, cream cheese, and sour cream, resulting in a rich and decadent salad. Whichever version you choose, you're sure to enjoy this delicious and versatile Brazilian dish.
