1/4 cup pistachios
10 -15 basil leaves
3 -4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cup white wine
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Steps:

  • In food processor, combine butter, pistachios, garlic, basil and lime juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Preheat oven to 400.
