Tips for Making Salmon Supreme with Ginger Soy Sauce

  • Choose the right salmon: Look for fresh, wild-caught salmon that is firm to the touch and has a bright pink color. Avoid fish that is slimy or has a strong fishy odor.
  • Marinate the salmon: Marinating the salmon in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic helps to add flavor and moisture to the fish. Be sure to marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Cook the salmon at a high temperature: Cooking the salmon at a high temperature helps to create a crispy exterior and a tender, flaky interior. Be sure to preheat your oven or pan before cooking the salmon.
  • Serve the salmon immediately: Salmon is best served immediately after cooking. Garnish with fresh herbs, such as cilantro or basil, and serve with your favorite sides.

Conclusion

The salmon is marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, then cooked to perfection. The result is a crispy exterior and a tender, flaky interior.
