- For the salmon: Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix together the panko, parsley, dill, garlic and 1 tablespoon of the oil until the panko is evenly coated. Coat the salmon with the panko mixture and let sit for a few minutes so the crust sticks.

Tips:
- Choose the freshest salmon you can find. Look for fish that is bright pink or orange in color, with firm flesh. Avoid salmon that is dull or has a slimy texture.
- Cook the salmon gently. Overcooked salmon will be dry and tough. The best way to cook salmon is to bake it, grill it, or poach it. Avoid frying or pan-frying salmon, as this can make it tough.
- Don't over-season the salmon. Salmon is a delicate fish that can easily be overpowered by strong flavors. A simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and lemon juice is all you need.
- Serve the salmon with a flavorful sauce or dressing. A caper dressing, lemon-herb sauce, or dill cream sauce are all great options. You can also serve the salmon with a simple garnish of fresh herbs, such as dill, parsley, or chives.
Conclusion:
A salmon platter with caper dressing is a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for a special occasion. The salmon is cooked to perfection and the caper dressing adds a bright and tangy flavor. This dish is sure to impress your guests.
