Tips:

  • Choose the right salmon. Fresh salmon is best for salmon patties, but frozen salmon can also be used. If using frozen salmon, thaw it completely before cooking.
  • Don't overcook the salmon. Overcooked salmon will be dry and tough. Cook the salmon patties until they are just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Use a good quality mustard sauce. The mustard sauce is what really makes these salmon patties special. Use a mustard sauce that you like the taste of.
  • Serve the salmon patties immediately. Salmon patties are best when served immediately after they are cooked. They can be served with a variety of sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a salad.

Conclusion:

Salmon patties with mustard sauce are a delicious and easy-to-make meal. They are perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special occasion. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a meal that your family and friends will love. So next time you're looking for a new recipe to try, give salmon patties with mustard sauce a try.
