SALMON FILLETS ENCRUSTED W/HORSERADISH
This is the one of the best meals I have made. I love it because I prepared it, cooked it, ate it, and cleaned up in 45 minutes. I LOVE IT. We love salmon and horseradish, it was fun mixing the two. The breadcrumbs add a nice litte crunch a pop of flavor. I made this with a cucumber salad.

Tips:
- Choose the right salmon fillets: Look for fillets that are about 6 ounces each and are evenly thick. Avoid fillets that have any blemishes or tears.
- Use fresh horseradish: Fresh horseradish has a much stronger flavor than prepared horseradish. If you can't find fresh horseradish, you can use prepared horseradish, but you may need to use more of it to get the same flavor.
- Don't overcook the salmon: Salmon is a delicate fish, so it's important not to overcook it. Cook the salmon until it is just opaque in the center, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Serve the salmon with your favorite sides: Salmon goes well with a variety of sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes. You can also serve it with a simple green salad.
Conclusion:
Encrusted salmon fillets are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The horseradish crust adds a nice kick of flavor to the salmon, and the crispy breadcrumb coating helps to keep the fish moist and flavorful. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
