Steps:
- Preheat the grill over medium-high direct heat. Oil the grill grates. Finely chop the cilantro and scallion and mix in the oil and ginger. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut two 3-inch long slits through the skin lengthwise on the bottom of the salmon fillets, going about halfway into the salmon. Evenly stuff the slits with the herb mixture. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Stir together the lime juice, soy and honey until smooth. Place the salmon, skin side up, on the grill and cook until well marked, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the salmon and continue to cook, brushing the tops with the sauce, until the fish is cooked through, about another 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle the tops with the sesame seeds. Serve with edamame and lime wedges.
- Broiler directions: Position an oven rack so that a baking sheet set on the rack is about 4-inches below the heat source. Preheat the broiler. Prepare the salmon as above and place the fillets, skin down, on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Broil, basting 3 to 4 times with the sauce, until just cooked through, about 6 to 7 minutes.

Steps:
- Cook pasta and drain.. Heat pan and cook salmon until fish flakes easily. ADd to pasta and combine. Heat oil in pan an add edamame, onion, spinach...cook till tender. Add mustard and spices. Serve.
Tips:
- Properly cook the edamame: Overcooking can make them mushy, so blanch them for 2-3 minutes, then immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process and preserve their vibrant green color.
- Use high-quality salmon: Opt for wild-caught salmon whenever possible, as it's generally considered to be more flavorful and sustainable. If using farmed salmon, choose a brand that practices responsible aquaculture.
- Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the salmon, make sure to give it enough space in the pan so that it can cook evenly. If you overcrowd the pan, the salmon will steam instead of sear, resulting in a less flavorful dish.
- Use a flavorful marinade: Marinating the salmon before cooking adds extra flavor and helps to keep it moist. Try a simple marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and spices.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions: Al dente pasta is the goal, so be sure to cook it for the recommended time or slightly less. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and less enjoyable to eat.
- Combine everything at the end: Once the salmon and pasta are cooked, combine them in a large bowl or skillet along with the edamame, asparagus, and sauce. Toss everything together until well combined, then serve immediately.
Conclusion:
This delicious and nutritious salmon edamame pasta dish is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. With its combination of protein, healthy fats, and vegetables, it's a well-balanced meal that's sure to please everyone at the table. The vibrant green edamame and asparagus add a pop of color and flavor, while the creamy sauce brings it all together.
