1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 ½ cups cherry tomato, halved
1 orange bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons lime, juiced
⅔ cup water
1 ripe avocado
½ cup full-fat greek yogurt
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium bowl, drizzle the shrimp with oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

2 lbs macaroni, cooked
4 lbs shrimp, boiled and peeled
24 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups onions, finely chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 cups black olives, finely chopped
2 cups dill pickles, chopped
1 quart mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni, drain, and cool.
