Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients, especially for the tomatoes and olive oil. Fresh, ripe tomatoes will give the sauce the best flavor. Extra virgin olive oil will add a rich, fruity flavor to the sauce.
  • Don't crowd the pan when browning the meat. If you do, the meat will steam instead of brown. This will result in a less flavorful sauce.
  • Simmer the sauce for at least 30 minutes, or longer if you have the time. This will allow the flavors to develop and deepen.
  • Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and herbs. A little bit of sugar can also help to balance out the acidity of the tomatoes.
  • Serve the sauce over your favorite pasta, with a sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.

Conclusion:

This Running Creek Spaghetti Sauce is a delicious, versatile sauce that can be used in a variety of dishes. It's perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner, or for a special occasion meal. With its rich, flavorful taste, this sauce is sure to please everyone at the table.
