Tips:

  • Opt for dark raisins over golden raisins as they impart a more robust flavor to the clusters.
  • Use a good quality light rum. A cheap rum can compromise the taste of your clusters.
  • If you prefer a more pronounced rum flavor, soak the raisins in rum overnight or for up to 24 hours.
  • If the white chocolate coating is too thick, you can thin it out by adding a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil.

Conclusion:

These rum raisin clusters are a delightful treat that is perfect for any occasion. Whether you are serving them at a party or enjoying them as a snack, these clusters are sure to be a hit. With their sweet and boozy flavor, they are sure to satisfy your cravings. Make sure to store the clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
