Tips:

- For the best results, use a well-marbled piece of London broil. This will help the meat stay tender and juicy during cooking. - Be sure to marinate the London broil for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. This will allow the flavors of the marinade to penetrate the meat. - If you don't have time to marinate the London broil, you can still tenderize it by pounding it with a meat mallet. This will help break down the fibers in the meat and make it more tender. - Be sure to cook the London broil over high heat. This will help sear the outside of the meat and lock in the juices. - Let the London broil rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
