1 -2 tablespoon milk

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Grease and flour a 10-inch tube or bundt pan.
  • For streusel filling, combine 2 tablespoons cake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon in medium bowl; stir in pecans.
  • For cake, combine remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour two-thirds of batter into pan, sprinkle struesel filling.
  • Spoon remaining batter over filling.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  • For glaze combine confectioners' sugar and milk in a small bowl.

Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. The fresher the ingredients, the better the cake will taste. This is especially important for the fruits and vegetables.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cake tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cake at the right temperature. The oven temperature should be accurate, and the cake should be baked for the correct amount of time. This will help ensure that the cake is cooked through but not overbaked.
  • Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help prevent the frosting from melting and sliding off the cake.
  • Be creative with your decorations. You can use a variety of toppings to decorate your cake, such as frosting, sprinkles, candy, and fruit. Get creative and have fun!
