Tips:

  • Choose a high-quality rotisserie chicken: Look for a chicken that is plump and juicy, with no signs of bruising or discoloration.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: This will add flavor and texture to the casserole. Some good options include carrots, celery, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  • Don't overcook the stuffing: The stuffing should be cooked through but still moist. Overcooking will make it dry and crumbly.
  • Use a flavorful broth: The broth will help to moisten the casserole and add flavor. Chicken broth or vegetable broth are both good options.
  • Top the casserole with cheese: This will give the casserole a golden brown crust and add extra flavor.
  • Let the casserole rest before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the casserole to set.

Conclusion:

Rotisserie Chicken and Stuffing Casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken. With its creamy sauce, tender stuffing, and flavorful chicken, this casserole is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
