Tips:

  • Fresh ingredients: For the best flavor, use fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Make sure the strawberries are ripe and sweet, and the peaches are juicy and aromatic.
  • Chill the ingredients: This will help the cocktail stay cold and refreshing. Chill the strawberries and peaches before muddling them, and chill the champagne and prosecco before adding them to the cocktail.
  • Muddle the strawberries and peaches gently: You don't want to crush them completely. Just gently press them with a muddler to release their juices.
  • Add the champagne and prosecco slowly: This will help prevent the cocktail from becoming too fizzy.
  • Garnish with a strawberry or peach slice: This will add a festive touch to the cocktail.

Conclusion:

The Rossini and Bellini cocktails are two refreshing and delicious sparkling wine cocktails that are perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, you can easily make these cocktails at home. So next time you're looking for a special drink to enjoy, give one of these cocktails a try. You won't be disappointed!
