Tips:

  • Always use fresh rosemary for the best flavor.
  • If you don't have simple syrup, you can make your own by dissolving 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of boiling water.
  • You can use any type of gin you like, but a dry gin will give you a more classic flavor.
  • If you don't have crème de menthe, you can use another green liqueur, such as Midori or Chartreuse.
  • To make a non-alcoholic version of this cocktail, simply omit the gin and crème de menthe.

Conclusion:

The rosemary stinger is a delicious and refreshing cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your own taste. So next time you are looking for a new cocktail to try, give the rosemary stinger a try!
