Tips:

  • Use fresh rosemary. Fresh rosemary has a more intense flavor than dried rosemary, so it will give your snack mix a more robust flavor.
  • Toast the nuts. Toasting the nuts will bring out their flavor and make them more crunchy.
  • Use a variety of nuts. This will give your snack mix a more interesting texture and flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. If you overcrowd the baking sheet, the nuts and seeds will not roast evenly.
  • Watch the snack mix closely while it is roasting. The nuts and seeds can burn easily, so it is important to keep an eye on them.
  • Let the snack mix cool completely before storing it. This will help the flavors to meld together.
  • Store the snack mix in an airtight container. This will help to keep it fresh.

Conclusion:

This rosemary parmesan snack mix is a delicious and easy-to-make snack that is perfect for parties, potlucks, or just a quick snack at home. It is also a great way to use up leftover nuts and seeds. With its combination of savory, salty, and sweet flavors, this snack mix is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
