BLUE CHEESE DIP
Found in the Williams Sonoma catalog. I wanted to place it here for safe keeping until I get a chance to try it. It sounds very good. Serve with potato chips or cut up veggies. Cook time is the chill time. The prep time is a guess.

JALAPENO CHEESE DIP
Thanks to Buster for sharing this recipe. This stuff is so easy and a guaranteed hit!! It sounds like a lot of jalapenos, but the peppers in a jar are really not very hot, and once they get in with the other ingredients, it really is not even hot. You can modify the heat by choosing the right kind of salsa for your taste. Serve with tortilla chips and/or veggies. Prep time is about 10 minutes, but I've included extra for chilling.

HEAVENLY JALAPENO CHEESE DIP
Everytime I make this for a social event, I end up writing the recipe down for at least 6 people! This is soooo fantastic and easy!! I ripped it out of a Carolina Country magazine about a year ago and have made it a zillion times!

- Spread all this goodness into a pie plate.
- Mix crackers and butter in a separate bowl and sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350 for about 20min.
- Top with scallions and serve with whatever you like, for it is merely a vehicle to shove this cheesy delight into your face. We use the rest of the Ritz crackers. You had to buy them anyway, right?

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. Fresh herbs, such as rosemary and cilantro, will give your dip the best flavor. And don't skimp on the cheese! Use a good quality blue cheese that has a strong flavor.
- Don't overcook the dip. The dip should be warm and bubbly, but not boiling. If you overcook it, the cheese will become tough and rubbery.
- Serve the dip with a variety of dippers. Crackers, tortilla chips, and vegetable crudités are all great options. You can also serve the dip as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
- Make the dip ahead of time. The dip can be made up to 2 days in advance. Just store it in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it.
Conclusion:
This rosemary jalapeño blue cheese dip is a delicious and versatile appetizer that is perfect for any party or gathering. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a crowd-pleasing snack, give this dip a try!
