Number Of Ingredients 6

2 ounces Goat cheese - room temperature
1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds, washed and halved
8 pieces 34 Degrees Cracked Pepper Crisps
2 tablespoons Honey
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
1 pinch Black pepper - to taste

Steps:

  • Top each crisp with a small dollop of softened goat cheese.
  • Drop pomegranate seed halves on top of goat cheese.

  • Separate Rosemary into small pieces. Top to garnish.
  • End with a pinch of black pepper or other spice to taste.
  • Add each completed crisp to a holiday-themed plate or spread.
  • Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use fresh rosemary sprigs for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh rosemary, you can use 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
  • Make sure the goat cheese is at room temperature before mixing it with the other ingredients. This will help it blend smoothly.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of milk or cream until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Be careful not to overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the dough tough.
  • If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off.
  • Be sure to preheat your oven before baking the bites.
  • Keep an eye on the bites while they are baking. They should be golden brown when they are done.
  • Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
