Garnish with the rosemary sprigs and garlic. Enjoy!
Tips:
- Choose a good quality pork loin roast: Look for a roast that is at least 2 inches thick and is well-trimmed of excess fat.
- Use a sharp knife to score the roast: This will help the marinade penetrate the meat and ensure even cooking.
- Marinate the roast for at least 30 minutes: This will help to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
- Cook the roast in a preheated oven: This will help to ensure that the meat cooks evenly.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the roast: The pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the roast rest before carving: This will help to keep the juices in the meat.
Conclusion:
Rosemary Dijon Pork Loin is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight meal. The pork is tender and juicy, and the rosemary and Dijon mustard give it a wonderful flavor. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
