2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

8 small red potatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth

1 (1 1/2 lb) turkey breast tenderloins
sea salt and pepper
1 lb baby red potato, quartered
1 shallot, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
