⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 (3/4 pound) salmon filet without skin

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven's broiler, and grease a broiling pan.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together the apricot nectar, dried apricots, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cinnamon and cayenne. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

2 pounds center-cut salmon fillet, about 2 inches thick at its thickest, with skin
2 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
