Tips:

- To achieve the perfect combination of flavors, use a mix of whole spices, such as cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, and ground spices, like cumin and coriander. - For a sweeter version, increase the amount of brown sugar in the recipe or add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. - If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. - To ensure even coating and flavor distribution, toss the pecans with the melted butter and spice mixture multiple times during the roasting process. - Keep a close eye on the pecans while roasting to prevent them from burning. The ideal texture is golden brown and slightly caramelized. - Allow the pecans to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. This will help them retain their crispiness.
