Steps:
- Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl with the butter and golden syrup and gently melt in 10-second bursts in the microwave, or melt it over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth, then take off the heat and stir in the rice pops, coating them gently with the chocolate until they are all completely covered.
- Divide the mixture between nine cupcake or 12 fairy cake paper cases - it's easier if you slide these into a muffin tin as it will help them hold their shape. Leave to set. If you want them to set faster, put in the fridge for 1 hr.
- Drizzle with a little melted chocolate and decorate with sweets, dried fruit or nuts while they are still wet enough to stick them on. Will keep in an airtight container for five days.

POPCORN RICE KRISPIE BUNDT CAKE
This is so different from your traditional "cake." It's like a snack mix made into a cake! Uses popped popcorn, M&Ms, caramels and peanuts. This recipe was titled Patriotic Popcorn Cake because it used red, white and blue M&Ms, but there are so many other possibilities! Use pastel M&Ms to make an Easter cake, red and green M&Ms for a Christmas cake, all pink or all blue M&Ms for a baby shower cake, assorted colors for a circus theme...you get the picture!

Steps:
- Generously coat a bundt pan with nonstick spray and line with plastic wrap.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-low heat. Gradually add the marshmallows, stirring occasionally, until completely melted, 10-12 minutes. Add the vanilla, dark green food coloring, and light green food coloring and stir to incorporate. Remove the pot from the heat.
- Add the rice cereal, 1 cup (30 G) at a time, and stir until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared bundt pan, pressing lightly to form the wreath mold. Let the mold set at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make the marshmallow topping: While the mold is chilling, cream together the butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl with an electric hand mixer until fluffy, about 1 minute. Fold in the marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and milk until very smooth. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip.
- Turn the wreath out onto a platter and remove the plastic wrap. Pipe the marshmallow topping over the wreath, then dust with powdered sugar and decorate with the red candies.
- Slice and serve.
- Enjoy!

Tips:
- Use fresh Rice Krispies cereal for the best flavor and texture. Stale cereal can make the cake dry and crumbly.
- Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cake tough.
- Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking can make the cake dry.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help the frosting to set properly.
- If you don't have a bundt pan, you can bake the cake in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Just be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly.
Conclusion:
Rice Krispies bundt cake is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. With its moist and fluffy texture, sweet and crunchy topping, and beautiful presentation, this cake is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a special dessert, give this recipe a try.
