Tips for Making the Perfect Rice Crust Spinach Quiche:

  • Use day-old rice. This will help the crust to be more firm and less likely to fall apart.
  • Press the rice firmly into the pie plate. This will help to create a solid crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes before adding the filling. This will help to prevent the crust from becoming soggy.
  • Use fresh spinach. This will give the quiche the best flavor.
  • Wilt the spinach before adding it to the quiche. This will help to remove excess moisture.
  • Season the quiche well. This will help to bring out the flavors of the ingredients.
  • Bake the quiche until the center is set. This will take about 30-35 minutes.
  • Let the quiche cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. This will help the quiche to set and make it easier to slice.
