Traditionally, chicken, beef or lamb meat is used, but prawns or scallops are good substitutes too for this smooth as silk kebabs. Serve with chatnis (dips made from coconut, cilantro and mint, usually found in Indian grocery stores) or tomato sauce.

Tips:
- Choose high-quality lamb: The better the lamb, the better the kebabs will be. Look for lamb that is fresh, tender, and has a good amount of marbling.
- Grind the lamb yourself: This will give you more control over the texture of the kebabs. If you don't have a meat grinder, you can ask your butcher to grind the lamb for you.
- Use a variety of spices: The spices in the kebabs are what give them their unique flavor. Be sure to use a variety of spices, including cumin, coriander, paprika, and chili powder.
- Don't overmix the meat: Overmixing the meat will make the kebabs tough. Mix the meat just until it is evenly combined.
- Form the kebabs into even-sized patties: This will help them cook evenly.
- Cook the kebabs over medium-high heat: This will help them cook quickly and evenly.
- Baste the kebabs with oil while they are cooking: This will help them stay moist and prevent them from drying out.
- Serve the kebabs with your favorite sides: Some popular sides for kebabs include rice, yogurt sauce, and grilled vegetables.
Conclusion:
Reshmi kebabs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with ground lamb that is marinated in a variety of spices and then grilled. The kebabs are tender, juicy, and flavorful, and they are sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
