Steps:
- Mix ingredients together until sugar is disolved. Divide mixture into two large freezer bags (2 gallon size). Freeze solid. When needed put one bag into a punch bowl and pour half of a two litre bottle of Sprite in with it. Chop it up some and let sit a few minutes until softend. Add more Sprite until Slush is the consistency you like. The trick to this Slush is to start it in the punch bowl at least 20 minutes before you need to serve it.
Tips:
- For a smoother slush, use ripe limes. The riper the limes, the more juice they will produce.
- If you don't have a blender, you can mash the limes and sugar together with a fork or spoon.
- To make the slush even more refreshing, add a few drops of lime essential oil.
- If you want a boozy slush, add a shot of vodka or tequila.
- Garnish the slush with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
