1 chocolate pie crust
24 unwrapped Reese's Cups, divided
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 oz cool whip or whipped cream (whipped into stiff peaks), divided
1 (11.75 oz.) jar smucker's hot fudge topping

Steps:

  • Line bottom of pie crust with whole reese's cups in a flat layer. I was able to fit 10. Set aside.
  • In a stand mixer, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of cool whip or whipped cream into peanut butter mixture by hand, until well combined.
  • Spoon mixture into pie shell and smooth mixture to edges of pie using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Heat hot fudge topping for 1 minute in microwave. Stir. Pour on top of cake and spread until it reaches the edges.
  • Cool pie until set, about 2 hours.
  • Once pie is set, spread remaining whipped cream over hot fudge layer. Chop up the remaining Reese's cups and sprinkle on top.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve!

1 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker (finely crushed, crumbs)
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter + 4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 cup semi sweet or milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine melted butter, finely ground graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar and 1 cup peanut butter. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In the microwave or over the stove, melt 4 tablespoons peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth. If melting In the microwave stir after every 30 seconds to make sure that it doesn't burn. Spread on top of the peanut butter layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving so that they can set. Store leftover bars in the fridge.

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
6 tablespoons butter (melted)
6 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ounces chocolate chips (melted)

Steps:

  • Mix together - Peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar.
  • Stir in - Powdered Sugar & vanilla.
  • Melt Chocolate chips in double broiler or microwave.
  • Line up muffin pans with paper baking cups inside.
  • With a rubber spatula, drip some chocolate on the bottom of all the baking cups, then layer with peanut butter mixer, then add more chocolate on top. No thicker than 1/4" each.
  • Let cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden.
  • Peel paper, eat and enJOY!
