1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl and beat using a handheld mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract and eggs and beat again until fully combined. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix on low speed until the mixture is just fully mixed. 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups reese's peanut butter and milk chocolate chips, divided (11-oz.pkg.)
1/4 teaspoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F Grease 15-1/2x10-1/2x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
  • Stir together brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar in large bowl; beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add flour and salt, beating just until blended.
  • Stir in 1-1/2 cups chips; spread batter in prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and surface is lightly browned.

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 (11 ounce) package reese's peanut butter and milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
