Tips:

  • Choose a good quality flank steak. Look for meat that is bright red in color and has good marbling.
  • Marinate the steak for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight. This will help to tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
  • Cook the steak over high heat. This will help to create a nice crust on the outside while keeping the inside tender.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing. This will help to redistribute the juices and make the meat more tender.
  • Serve the steak with your favorite sides. Some good options include mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.

Conclusion:

Red wine rosemary marinated flank steaks are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. The marinade tenderizes the meat and infuses it with flavor, while the high heat cooking method creates a nice crust on the outside. Serve the steak with your favorite sides and enjoy!
