Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and equipment you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling around in the middle of cooking.
  • Choose Fresh Fish: The fresher the fish, the better it will taste. Look for fish that is bright in color and has a mild, briny smell.
  • Seasoning is Key: Don't be afraid to use plenty of spices and herbs to flavor your fish. The red spice paste in this recipe is a great way to add flavor and heat.
  • Cook the Fish Properly: Fish is a delicate protein, so it's important to cook it carefully. Overcooking will make the fish dry and tough.

Conclusion:

This red spiced fish with green salad is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for any occasion. The spicy fish is full of flavor, and the green salad is a refreshing and healthy side dish. This recipe is sure to please everyone at your table.
