RED LOBSTER GARLIC CHEESE BISCUITS
This is my version of Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I think they have more flavor than the restaurant's. I won a recipe contest in our local newspaper with these biscuits. Everyone who tries them ALWAYS ask for the recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450*.
- Mix garlic salt, dry mustard and cayenne into flour. (I like to use a wire whisk).
- Cut in Crisco or butter until mixture resembles cornmeal.
- Fold in cheese.
- Add milk and mix gently.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto buttered cookie sheet. (I like to use a mini ice cream scoop).
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
- *Note~ I recently rolled and cut these biscuits out because I wanted a 'pretty' result for a party, they did not rise well and turned out to be hard flat discs.
RED LOBSTER CHEDDAR GARLIC BISCUITS
I love this recipe because whenever we go to Red Lobster I never eat anything. I don't like seafood, but my family does. This means I can make my favorite thing on the menu whenever I want and I can do it in my pajamas!

RED LOBSTER® CHEDDAR BISCUITS
I made these with baked potato soup and loved it. Great addition! I gave them to a friend and he said they tasted just like the ones at Red Lobster®. The recipe will yield more if made into smaller biscuits. They are best served fresh out of the oven.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher your ingredients, the better your biscuits will taste. This is especially true for the butter, cheese, and garlic.
- Chill the dough before baking: This will help the biscuits to rise evenly and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make the biscuits tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Bake the biscuits until they are golden brown: This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a slightly crispy exterior.
- Serve the biscuits warm: Red Lobster Cheddar Garlic Biscuits are best served warm out of the oven. You can reheat them in the oven or microwave if you need to.
Conclusion:
Red Lobster Cheddar Garlic Biscuits are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that is perfect for any occasion. They are soft and fluffy on the inside, with a crispy exterior and a cheesy, garlicky flavor. These biscuits are sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy side dish, give these biscuits a try. You won't be disappointed!
