This was a recipe from TOH that I tweaked to my preferences. Very Yummy way to use up those zucchini's. Use the spices you like...I am always changing the spices. I also have added bacon to this, which was quite tasty. Enjoy!

I'm not a fan of zucchini, but I actually really enjoyed this pie. The cheese and onions helped to balance out the flavor of the zucchini.

I tried this recipe but I didn't have any zucchini, so I used yellow squash instead. It turned out great! The yellow squash added a nice sweetness to the pie.

This pie was a disappointment. The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I won't be making this again.

I've made this zucchini onion pie several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's a great way to use up summer zucchini, and it's also a very budget-friendly meal.

This zucchini onion pie was a hit with my family! The flavors of the zucchini, onion, and cheese blended perfectly, and the crust was flaky and delicious.
